Microdermabrasion Mlwaukee

Revitalize and Rejuvenate

Microdermabrasion, available at our Milwaukee-area practice, is a noninvasive, nonsurgical, office-based aesthetic procedure for revitalizing and rejuvenating the skin. The treatment involves a device that gently sands your skin to remove the thicker, outer layer. At Lake Country Plastic and Hand Surgery, many microdermabrasion patients choose the procedure to address post-acne scarring, melasma and facial aging. It is also helpful in the extraction of whiteheads and blackheads and in the treatment of oily skin.

How Does Microdermabrasion Work?

Microdermabrasion treatments are performed by our licensed esthetician at our Milwaukee-area office. We use the DiamondTome wand, which gently buffs the skin, removing the topmost layer and stimulating new growth. The process also helps thicken your collagen, a protein in your skin that keeps it taut and smooth, making your skin more supple and vibrant. Unlike other systems, there are no loose particles, so you will not feel gritty or dusty after our microdermabrasion treatment.

With essentially no downtime, you may resume your normal activities immediately. You may look slightly flushed following microdermabrasion, but this will dissipate within 10 to 30 minutes.

What are Pewaukee Microdermabrasion Costs?

Like most cosmetic procedures, the cost of microdermabrasion in Pewaukee will depend on the extent of the treatment. You can find out more specific information by setting up an appointment with the skin rejuvenation specialists at Lake Country Plastic and Hand Surgery.
